Hello and welcome to Hey Its Fay. I’m a proud Brummie, autoimmune disease expert, and passionate Christmas enthusiast. I’m a content writer by day, and I consume pasta most nights.
I live in Birmingham, UK, and I adore this city. I get super excited about it’s ever-growing independent scene.
I’m a qualified hypnotherapist and love nothing more than helping others to discover how they can chill out, regularly.
Peace, love, and caffeine, Fay x
